We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager to take the lead at OMF – Original Mattress and Furniture in Macgregor

Founded in 2006, OMF has grown to 53 stores across QLD, NSW, and VIC, making us Australia’s largest corporate sleep specialist – and we’re still growing

What we’re looking for:
A natural leader with a passion for retail and people
Proven ability to drive store performance and exceed sales targets
A team builder who creates a positive, empowered work environment
Strong organisational and operational skills
Retail management experience (furniture or bedding experience a plus)
