About the Role

This position is for a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of store staff, including baristas and cashier personnel. They will create work schedules, assign tasks, and provide training to new employees. They will also foster a positive and motivated work environment by promoting teamwork and staff development.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain high standards of product quality and presentation. They will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. They will train and coach staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of store staff.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage inventory levels and monitor operational costs.
  • Sales and Marketing: Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage inventory and sales data.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
