Job Description Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock audits to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor financial performance, preparing reports to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management and retail software
  • Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
