This is a contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating processes, managing systems, and creating a great candidate experience.### **Responsibilities:*** Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones* Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)* Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth and positive experience* Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment processes**Qualifications:*** 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, recruiting, or people ops/HR support role* Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Comfortable working across time zones and managing scheduling complexity* Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse or Workday) and Google Suite products is a plus
