Job Description Hammerjack is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide operational support to the Recruitment Division and contractors, and will be responsible for administrative tasks such as formatting CVs, following up on missing paperwork, and conducting reference checks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity in a professional services environment, intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide administration support to the temporary recruitment division. Respond to incoming enquiries and requests from on-site working professionals. Format CVs and follow up on missing paperwork. Conduct reference checks and other background checks as required. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative capacity in a professional services environment. Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge.
