Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process , including invoice verification, coding, approvals, and payment processing. Process and schedule supplier payments and payment arrangements through online banking systems in accordance with company procedures. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records and timely resolution of discrepancies. Maintain and update supplier records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all vendor details. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment-related issues. Ensure compliance with Australian GST requirements and assist in the preparation of BAS reporting where required. Support month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to streamline AP processes and enhance system efficiency. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within an Australian business environment. Hands-on experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP/accounting software). Strong knowledge of banking systems and experience in processing electronic payments and managing payment schedules. Solid understanding of bank reconciliations and general ledger processes. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
