The Role: TheData Entry Specialist is responsible for providing accurate and efficient data entry and administrative support for the client’s accounting function. This role focuses on entering, verifying, and maintaining data related to accounts payable and licensing invoices, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth workflow processes. Location: Must be in Philippines – Remote Environment: Philippine candidates are allowed to apply Contract: Full-time Contract Essential Functions Provide administrative and data entry support for accounts payable operations. Accurately enter bills and invoices related to utility licenses and/or business licenses into designated accounting or web-based systems. Receive and process invoices via email, ensuring timely and accurate data input. Maintain organized electronic records of invoices and supporting documentation. Verify the accuracy of data before entry and conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information. Support reporting and reconciliation tasks as needed. Uphold confidentiality and ensure the integrity of sensitive data. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a multi-client or shared services environment is highly desirable. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint). Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical capability. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-directed and able to work independently and proactively in a remote or hybrid environment. Preferred Skills Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar). Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.
