If this sounds interesting to you, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from customers. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers. Assist in the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet requirements and are error-free. Provide ongoing support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the domain. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met and expectations are managed. Document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference. Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development. Other duties as prescribed. Requirements NetSuite Procure to Pay or experience with a comparable Accounts Payable platform is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry. Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably in areas such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications. Understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and document complex requirements. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
