Overview

VISEO ASIA Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in BGC Office. You will support the team in managing daily tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage internal requests (from Sales, Projects Manager, etc.)
  • Process and manage customer orders
  • Prepare Customer invoicing
  • Determine and validate WIP each month
  • Monitor files and handle invoicing disputes when necessary
  • Maintain relationships with clients (by phone and/or email)
  • Work as a team with Sales Administration and internal clients
  • Work closely with your Controller
  • Participate in financial closing operations within set deadlines
  • Help in the development of training materials
  • Assist in Year-End Audit
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Profile
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Multi-tasking, able to work independently with self-initiative
  • Meticulous and keen eye for details; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, good working ethics.
  • Ability to work within tight timelines
  • Work Knowledge of SAP system, a plus
