Responsibilities Reviews and checks accuracy of documents such as costing, quotation and completeness of layouts and other relevant documents of assigned projects Works with sales teams in revising costing and quotation of assigned projects during conceptualization phase Reviews and rechecks accuracy of costing, quotation, and completeness of layouts and other relevant documents of assigned projects before processing of orders or production Computes service charges for after‑sales services or additional charges for projects that are in work‑in‑progress Coordinates with internal departments in a timely manner in case of discrepancies Secures the accuracy of projects to avoid delays Ensures that production papers are processed and submitted to Logistics promptly for finalization of the order and scheduling of delivery Checks data accuracy in orders and invoices Assesses output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity Qualifications Hands‑on experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets Knowledge in interpreting floor plans and cabinet working drawings is a PLUS Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent organizational and multitasking skills A team player with high level of dedication Ability to work under strict deadlines Strong attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
