Talent Acquisition 1. Facilitate recruitment, selection and hiring activities to ensure that all vacant positions are filled-up on-time 2. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs 3. Oversee recruitment activity such as; Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges tie-ups, employment agencies, information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements on social media platforms and job portals (Jobstreet, Indeed, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram etc.) Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications Arranges department head/ management interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicant to interviews Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Administer pre‑employment examinations Create Interview Evaluation to be submitted to the next interviewer Prepares and discuss Job Offer sheet to new hires Facilitate background checking Collect pre‑employment requirements Send regret letter to applicants who didn’t qualify the pre‑screening Improves organization attractiveness by benchmarking and recommending new policies Maintain and update Talent Pool database of all applications received 4. On boarding activities such as; Coordinates onboarding schedule with the Support Team Prepares and release Employment Contracts Issue and control company IDs to all employee Process Metrobank ATM applications Create New Employee Record of all new hire 5. Administrative Tasks Prepares and Updates Recruitment Report and Vacancies as needed Updates manpower listing as needed Prepare, safe keep & update 201 file records of all employees Employee Engagement 1. Recommend, organize and coordinate company events and employee relations activities; 2. Prepares art work and send-out announcements of upcoming employee relations activities and health awareness programs. 3. Coordinate with Vendor/Suppliers for ER events 4. Ensure that all ER activities are documented and liquidated (eg. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Events) Other task and Special Projects 1. Issuance of New Company ID-PVC (ongoing 2021 for HO, for planning Stores) 2. Social Media Boosting (FB and IG) 3.
