Job Purpose

The purpose of the Country Business Intelligence Expert is to enable the national and local Air Logistics organization taking profitable and data-driven business decisions. The key goal is to create meaningful insights into the business that serve as a solid and reliable basis for these decisions. This comprises providing and maintaining appropriate standard and – where required – customized BusinessObjects reports. In addition, local BusinessObjects users are supported at the best.

Your Responsibilities
  • BusinessObjects report creation, enhancement, execution and delivery to the national and local Air Logistics organization
  • Assistance to the national and local Air Logistics organization in the optimal and smooth use of existing and new BusinessObjects reports
  • Ensuring (improved) data quality
  • National and local BusinessObjects user support related to system errors, change requests and clarification of questions/issues
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's Graduate/College Level
  • With 2-3 years relevant experience (preferably in logistics/finance)
  • Advance knowledge in MS Office applications
  • General knowledge and experience in the Logistics and IT
  • Experience with BusinessObjects or similar Business Intelligence tool(s) e.g SAP, Tableau and other Business Intelligence tool
  • Has effective communication skills and strong analytical skills
  • Has organization and time management abilities
  • Flexible working hours and shift work
