Your Role The main purpose of the position is the planning and governance as well as overseeing the successful delivery of the KN Global Services' process standardization initiative, with focus on existing and potential global/regional focus tasks. The objective of the initiative is to standardize and optimize KN Global Service processes and drive the implementation of related tasks in the KN GS and collaborate with the countries and region to follow the implementation in the respective countries. The position is regionally responsible of governance creation and execution in KN Global Services as well as in the countries. Review of Processes with a goal to identify and suggest opportunities for : Standardization, Automation Performance and Quality improvements, waste elimination, and increase Systems usage. Your Responsibilities Performance Review Daily management of the standardization initiative throughout its life cycle Planning the overall initiative (incl. rollout) and monitoring the progress Initiate, conduct and document relevant projects as part of the initiative strategy Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies Managing the main documentations (e.g. project charters, KPI dashboards) Review KN GS Processes using Tools and Methods concept trained by the Global Sea Logistics Process Team Document Process reviews and recording in Jira and WIKI, based on Global and Regional Sea Logistics standards Work with Automation team to identify potentials and implement solutions Qualifications Preferred Bachelor's Degree holder related in Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Supply Chain Preferred to have 2-5 years Project Management Experience 2-5 years minimum experience in Sea Logistics Excellent communication skills Cognitive Skills and Attention to details Organizational and Time Management Abilities Work on shifts (weekdays, weekends or public holidays) & overtime as needed Contact Contact: Rica Rae Bayate #J-18808-Ljbffr
