URGENT HIRING SEA LOGISTICS SPECIALIST - FINANCIAL ACCOUNT(AUSTRALIA) Duties and key responsibilities Daily Bank Reconciliation and Monthly Credit Card Reconciliation Verification and booking Employee Expense Report and G&A expenses Fixed Assets Booking – Depreciation Cashflow Projection – Weekly Support Finance Manager to supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable Local tax law Compliance (VAT/Corporate tax/GST/WHT) – Reconciled Trial Balance with returns Balance Sheet Reconciliation (Prepayment, Accrual, Provisions) Weekly discussion with Sales team and Country Manager on AR and AP Report Preparation of month end and various management reports Assisting in Internal and External Audit Requirement Provide support during Budgets and other Project Other accounting tasks as directed by the Finance Manager Qualifications Degree in Accountancy and preferably pursuing CPA Strong MS Office skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook & Accounting Software Ability to efficiently adapt to new software systems. High attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills & stakeholder management skills A great attitude, proactive and self-motivated individual. Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent time management and organisational skills. Pre-existing knowledge of air and sea freight shipping terms is preferred.
