Your Responsibilities

  • Hold direct disciplinary and performance accountability for the Operational Care Center team.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels and manage daily workforce assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion of GS activities, including assessing staffing needs for incoming migrations.
  • Initiate and actively participate in the recruitment and selection process for direct reports.
  • Ensure team responsibilities are clearly defined, communicated, transparent, and consistently managed.
  • Establish and maintain a talent pipeline for all key roles.
  • Strengthen business relationships and operational integration with the Business Unit by focusing on customer satisfaction, regular engagement, and strategic solution development—aiming to be an integral part of the business team.
  • Collaborate proactively with the GS Support team to consistently achieve both individual and shared goals (e.g., quality, performance, process efficiency, migrations, training).
  • Analyze tool results (e.g., reports) and work with team leaders to develop strategies for improving quality, performance, and efficiency.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements through optimized system setups, enhanced system usage, and targeted training—both for new processes and ongoing reviews of existing ones.
  • Drive efficiencies by implementing the quality framework and managing the organization of scale versus skilled processes.

The role focuses on delivering operational excellence by optimizing quality, performance, efficiency, workforce management, and people development, while achieving business targets. Additionally, the role involves implementing and managing OCC strategies.
