Direct message the job poster from Pioneer Insurance Responsibilities Participates in the development of application enhancements by collaborating with other technical resources and understanding conceptual design and applying it to business objectives and requirements. Prepares Comprehensive Technical Requirements documentation for developers (UI layout, Table designs, Process flow diagrams, Data Dictionary, report layout) Performs Systems Integration Testing and Data validations on completed enhancements or new modules completed. Prepares approximate estimates for development efforts associated with application enhancements. Contributes to the review of technical design for application enhancements by collaborating with stakeholders as needed to ensure application development meets architecture guidelines and standards. Serves as a technical resource by providing consultation during creation of test cases and answering business and technical inquiries. Responds to service desk escalations and develop resolutions to ensure quality level of service. Qualifications Graduate of any 4-year course. With 3-5 years of relevant experience Working knowledge of basic application development standard procedures, concepts and principles Basic knowledge of design, development and application of technology for enhancement purposes Working knowledge of technical documentation Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and relevant milestones Basic SQL Analytical Thinker Able to work with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the application of the different SDLC methodologies in system development Knowledge in relational databases (RDMS) Knowledge in project management Knowledge in database and security Knowledge in change management Able to work with minimal supervision.
