Collaborate with the MIS Head to develop standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor and update MIS projects, providing regular status reports to management. Document, track, and monitor work orders to ensure accurate and timely resolution. Work with the MIS team to prioritize tickets and ensure timely resolution.
