The Associate Director for AI Use Case Enablement is a senior, business‑savvy role in the AI Platform Strategy team. This role translates business requirements into delivery‑ready solution plans for AI, GenAI, and ML use cases. It collaborates with the AI Solutions team to ensure plans are actionable and aligned with platform capabilities, while producing clear solution plans and ensuring governance and compliance requirements are met.

Business

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities
• Produce solution plans that outline scope, timeline, cost, resources, and dependencies
• Collaborate with the AI Solutions team to ensure plans are actionable and aligned with platform capabilities
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring clarity and feasibility
• Apply pre‑sales style skills: influencing, presenting proposals, handling objections, building consensus
• Ensure plans comply with governance, compliance, and platform readiness requirements
• Track progress of approved solution plans and flag risks or deviations
• Support post‑deployment reviews to confirm business requirements are met
• Capture lessons learned to improve future planning processes

Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
• Uphold ethics and compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct
• Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
• Support the Bank's Conduct Principles and governance requirements

• AI Solutions, Technology and Architecture, AI & Data Operations, ICS, Business Units, 3rd Parties

Other Responsibilities

• Shape ideas into scoped, actionable use case plans for production enablement
• Champion innovation and responsible AI adoption; scale proven GenAI/ML ideas
• Advise business teams on how AI/ML initiatives deliver measurable outcomes
• Collaborate across teams; build governance partnerships
• Model responsible AI adoption emphasizing compliance, ethics, and sustainability
• Support broader Data & AI transformation efforts as needed
• Align plans with SCB values and client trust

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML program delivery, product implementation, presales, solution architecture
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to articulate value propositions
• Familiarity with GenAI and ML concepts
• Experience with Azure and AWS environments preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's/MBA preferred

Experience & Skills

• 15+ years in IT/AI/digital initiatives; leadership experience in AI/digital transformation preferred
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, automation, data analytics, and cloud platforms
• Experience in governance, risk, and compliance for AI adoption
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities
