- Providing senior media strategy oversight to all campaign execution team members and strategists who are building client plans. Ensure media is properly planned to meet client objectives.
- Troubleshooting client issues quickly to determine paid media issues, possible solutions, and recommendations on a path forward.
- Auditing paid media performance across all channels (LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Reddit, Twitter/X, DSPs) and making optimization recommendations or noting insights for clients of what’s occurring and why.
- Developing and delivering team member training on paid media skills (in partnership with our training team), from rudimentary login and troubleshooting to cross-channel optimization theory.
- Partnering with our Global Head of Growth Marketing, SEA Head of Growth Marketing, and US Head of Media on our paid media team’s vision, training, needs, tools, and more.
- Implement and manage a data-driven approach to media; leveraging analytics and data-backed insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Work closely with our media vendors to ensure best pricing, beta test access, quick issue resolution, and overall good relationships, including: Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, DSPs, ad spend tracker tools, and more.
- Drive an AI-minded approach to process optimization and enhancement, eliminating humans in repetitive tasks and enabling quicker execution via AI. Make active recommendations to leadership on how to further advance our AI usage in paid media.
- Accountable in driving deadlines, progress on projects, team training, and other initiatives.
- Self-driven to lead an expertise across Malaysia and the Philippines staff in paid media, autonomously completing tasks with little or no direction.
- Detail oriented to ensure accurate media spends, optimizations, training of team members who have gaps, and excellence in reviewing invoices.
