Job Description As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for finance and accounting roles - from strategic sourcing to final offer. You'll manage client relationships, craft sourcing strategies, and provide insights that build strong teams and lasting partnerships across industries. Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent. Proven experience in client and stakeholder management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Competence in database management and record keeping. In-depth understanding of recruitment workflows and processes. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. High emotional intelligence and adaptability. Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated passion for recruitment and delivering results. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive and strategic approach to sourcing and candidate engagement. Your Daily Tasks Recruitment Expertise Support business units by managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Plan selection procedures, identify core competencies, and determine effective evaluation methods. Serve as focal point for assigned job vacancies across multiple client accounts. Assist in job requisition and job description development. Acquire a thorough understanding of each role's required competencies, skills, and knowledge. Maintain awareness of sourcing volume targets for open positions. Partner with hiring teams to design effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies. Conduct candidate screenings and communicate job requirements clearly. Maintain accuracy in recruitment pipeline platforms and generate recruitment reports. Use Behavioral-Based Interview techniques in screening and evaluating candidates. Create behavioral and prescreening questions tailored to each role. Manage skill and/or personality assessments and application form analysis. Coordinate reference checks, testing, and salary offer discussions. Present offers and handle negotiations professionally. Participate in onboarding-related tasks such as offer letters and document completion. ATS Management Enter and maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System daily. Generate recruitment metrics and analytical reports. Create and maintain filing systems for resumes, applications, and recruitment records. Ensure accurate resume conversion and system updates. Sourcing Strategies Develop and document innovative sourcing methods to share with the team. Train team members on sourcing through digital platforms, blogs, LinkedIn, and networking groups. Build a diverse and ongoing talent pipeline using networking, referrals, and database mining. Manage referral channels and recruitment marketing efforts. Utilize technical tools to attract top candidates effectively. Stakeholder Management Act as a recruitment consultant to stakeholders regarding requirements, strategies, and market insights. Prepare recruitment plans, cost-benefit analyses, and media sourcing recommendations. Conduct recruitment updates and calibration meetings with hiring managers. Maintain open, proactive communication channels with hiring teams and candidates. Seek stakeholder feedback regularly to enhance recruitment processes and collaboration. Effective Communication Practice clear, professional, and timely communication in all interactions. Provide accurate and consistent information to both internal and external partners. Coaching and Mentoring Offer guidance and mentorship to fellow Talent Acquisition Specialists on day-to-day recruitment challenges. Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure application of best practices across the team. Reporting and Process Improvement Prepare and present recruitment reports and insights. Represent the TA cluster in stakeholder meetings as needed. Participate in process improvement initiatives based on data trends and team performance. Privacy and Confidentiality Ensure compliance with Emapta's data privacy policies and confidentiality guidelines. Maintain strict confidentiality on all candidate and company information.
