Maintain records of inventory movement, discrepancies, and adjustments Analyze inventory reports to identify trends, forecast demand and minimize overstock or stockouts Coordinate with warehouse supervisor to ensure proper storage, and handling of materials Purchasing and Procurement - Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing, terms and quality Issue purchase orders (POs) and track their status through delivery Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any supply -related issues or discrepancies Ensure all purchase comply with company policies and budget constrains Delivery Scheduling Ensure all the delivery schedule from sales on time Check all the truck in good conditions Coordinate with 3PL partners System & Reporting Utilize inventory and procurement software (Zoho Inventory) Generate reports on inventory status, order tracking and cost analysis Contribute to the development and improvement of procurement and inventory procedures Compliance & Coordination Ensure all inventory and procurement practices comply with internal policies and external regulations Collaborate with accounting, logistics, operations and production teams to align supply with business needs. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field 1to 3 yrs of experience in inventory control, procurement or supply chain Strong Organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Purchasing Problem Solving Skills Inventory Management Negotiating Skills Canvassing/Purchasing Decision-Making Skills Excellent Communication Skills Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
