This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist I or II at Shang Properties, Inc. The role is based in Mandaluyong, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Property Specialist I will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing customer interactions, overseeing both commercial and residential real estate operations, and driving sales initiatives. The role involves effectively communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless property leasing and buying experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions and oversee both commercial and residential real estate operations
  • Drive sales initiatives and ensure a seamless property leasing and buying experience
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
  • Proven Sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
