Overview

Content Creator & Design Specialist (Property, Wealth & Finance) - remote, full-time role aligned with Australian daytime hours (morning to afternoon, Philippine Time). The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong design and editing skills who can produce engaging, professional, and on-brand digital content across multiple channels for Liviti.com.au, helping Australians build wealth through property investment.

At Liviti.com.au, we help Australians build wealth through property investment—and we’re looking for a Content Creator & Design Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and produce professional video content for campaigns, webinars, and client education.
  • Design and format digital assets including eBooks, guides, reports, and brand presentations.
  • Create branded newsletters and EDMs to engage and nurture clients and partners.
  • Develop engaging and educational content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Maintain brand consistency and professionalism across all content.
  • Refresh and update content to support Liviti’s marketing, property, and wealth education initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Complete ad-hoc creative tasks to support business growth.
Key Attributes Required
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in video editing and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign) or equivalent.
  • Strong written English with excellent attention to branding and messaging.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and fast turnaround times.
  • Proactive communicator with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for producing impactful content in property, finance, or wealth education.
  • Experience in the property, finance, or professional services industries is a strong advantage.
Formal Qualifications
  • Proven video editing and graphic design experience (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong written English and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media trends, digital storytelling, and campaign-driven content.
  • Experience with Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar creative tools.
  • Background in property, finance, wealth, or education industries preferred.
