This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Compensation Manager
The Compensation Sr. Manager role provides leadership and oversight to the local Compensation team that supports our global businesses. This is a key role responsible of design, implementation, compliance, and evaluation of a company's compensation programs, manages staff members of the compensation team and advises the senior management team on employee compensation topics.
Responsibilities :
Managing Compensation and Benefits Programs . Develop strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees, ensuring that compensation and benefits packages are competitive and align with the company’s objectives. Create and implement communication strategies to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs. Participate in the design, implementation & administration of new and existing compensation programs, policies and procedures including base pay, short and long-term incentive programs, and bonus programs. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Team Management. Lead, mentor, and develop compensation and benefits team to achieve high performance
HR Partnership and Collaboration, Act as a consultant to the HR team to guide their decision-making for hiring, promotions, specific organizational program design, quarterly bonus program and annual compensation program implementation.
Stakeholder management . Support team in performing all functions related to RingCentral’s total compensation and reward programs, worldwide, to ensure our programs are aligned with our compensation philosophy and program objectives.
Compensation Program Job evaluation and grading : Conduct job analysis to accurately assess the value of different roles and develop a comprehensive job grading system. Conduct job audits and evaluations and maintain job documentation.
- Annual compensation review process . Lead the annual compensation review process including merit increases, bonus calculations, and performance-based pay adjustment
To succeed in this role you must have the following :
8+ Years HR leadership experience, most of them in Compensation preferably
Extensive experience and deep understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
Knowledge of market analysis, job evaluation, and pay structures
Desired Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics or related field
Leadership Skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing compensation team
Collaboration and Communication. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with other senior executives. Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive complex projects with multiple partners in a fast-paced environment
Analytical Skills. Analytical and consultative, with a high level of attention to detail
Project Management Skills. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with sense of urgency for meeting commitments and completing assignments
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and / or Google Sheets and HR systems such as Workday
Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information. Must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all time
Willing to work on night shift from 12mn to 9am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday
Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
