Job Description

The Opportunity

This is not a routine HR role. As Total Rewards Manager at The Medical City, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of compensation and benefits programs that directly impact employee engagement, retention, and performance. You will work closely with the Group Chief Human Resource Officer and HR leaders to ensure total rewards strategies are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Design compensation and benefits programs: develop structures and policies that are financially sound, market-aligned, and legally compliant.
  • Lead incentive planning: oversee performance bonus and productivity incentive programs.
  • Conduct benchmarking and analysis: evaluate market data, trends, and internal metrics to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Manage annual reviews: support salary planning cycles, employee communications, and decision-making tools for line managers.
  • Partner with business units: provide expert advice on compensation strategies and program enhancements.
  • Modernize benefits: evaluate and optimize benefits offerings, manage vendor relationships, and ensure service quality.
  • Support budgeting: collaborate with Finance and HR Operations on staff cost forecasts and modeling.
  • Deliver HR insights: analyze complex data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

Who You Are

  • Master’s degree in Business, Management, Statistics, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 10–15 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strategic thinker with deep expertise in total rewards, data analytics, and HR frameworks.
  • Collaborative partner who can influence stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Experience in managing vendors and delivering high-impact solutions.
