Overview Responsible for developing and growing the business of renewable energy projects in the Philippines and execution of new projects within his/her area of expertise. The Renewable Energy Director will support on a regional level (Asia Pacific) in business development activities and project executions. Define and implement renewable energy strategy in the Philippines to drive business growth and sustainability. Responsibilities 4.2 Lead business development, strengthen client relationships, and build a robust project pipeline across renewable energy sectors. 4.3 Drive market expansion and position as a trusted leader in renewable energy solutions. 4.4 Manage budgets, risks, and project delivery timelines to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability. Passion & Solutions 4.5 Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing team of renewable energy professionals. 4.6 Engage effectively with clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders to promote collaboration and develop new opportunities. 4.7 Oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Artelia’s sustainability standards. 4.8 Serve as a billable technical advisor when required, providing expert guidance and value‑added consultancy to clients. 4.9 Ensure client satisfaction and uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through responsive communication and proactive project management. 4.10 Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and industry regulations to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications 5.1 Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred.) 5.2 Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Energy sector, including at least 7 years in Renewable Energy project management, business development, or engineering. 5.3 Proven track record in managing large‑scale renewable energy projects and leading strategic business growth initiatives. 5.4 Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis. 5.5 Comprehensive understanding of Philippine renewable energy regulations, policies, and standards. 5.6 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tagalog for effective stakeholder and client engagement. 5.7 Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to work across diverse teams and multiple Artelia offices. 5.8 Strategic thinker with sound decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities. 5.9 Ability to adapt to a dynamic and multicultural work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
