About the role Citicore Construction, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the development of a large-scale, utility-grade ground-mounted solar power plant. As the Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of this strategic renewable energy project, which is crucial to the company's growth and commitment to sustainable power generation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or related field. Minimum 5 years of construction management experience in utility-scale solar PV projects (ground-mounted, ≥10 MW). Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, balance of plant, grid interconnection, and testing/commissioning. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent). Willingness to be based on-site or travel frequently to project locations. Major Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Develop and implement detailed construction plans, schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary. Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractor services, and managing vendor relationships. Ensure strict compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards. Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, training and performance management. Collaborate closely with the engineering, procurement and project management teams to optimize construction workflows. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans to address any issues that arise. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all construction activities, reporting progress to senior management.
