About the job HR Onboarding Manager (BGC, Taguig) About the Job: HR Onboarding Manager (Taguig) | Onsite Responsibilities Lead and oversee the onboarding team, ensuring accurate reports and analytics. Manage contract renewals with recruitment partners. Ensure risk and compliance management for pre-employment documentation and medical exams in accordance with company standards, government regulations, and client requirements. Facilitate internal and external audit processes related to onboarding. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Over 10 years of comprehensive BPO recruitment experience. At least 4 years of experience specifically in BPO recruitment onboarding, along with over 5 years in leadership roles. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk & compliance management. Willing to work onsite full-time at our BGC, Taguig office. Flexible to work during graveyard shifts. Available to work on weekends and holidays as needed by the business. Quarterly performance bonuses. 24 days of annual leave.
