Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle. Working with our C2S team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

• Will work with the Business Development support team, a dedicated group that manages the generation of competent proposals for prospects and clients
• Will assist in formatting, proofreading, and preparation of standard and complex proposals, including client presentation pitches, review legal clauses included in proposals and service agreements
• Will act as a project manager for request for proposals, which includes organizing and facilitating kick-off calls by collaborating with stakeholders and proposal team to align client requirements and gather inputs within the expected timeframe
• Learn and use the pricing engine tool to generate fees and scope of work for proposals
• Ensure all proposal submissions and client presentations follow corporate marketing standards
• Update and maintain proposal templates based on Citco branding
• Properly document all proposals handled by the team using the task tracker and shared drive and assist with the archiving of proposal contents for future use
• Incorporate feedback from proposal review sessions

• Degree in either Marketing, Communications, Business or Finance. Additional educational background or working experience related to law and legal services, is an advantage
• Have at least 5 years of experience working with a similarly structured environment, or similar experience in drafting/writing materials for sales or marketing purposes
• Eager to learn the proposal structure for corporate governance
• Well organized, coachable, detail-oriented, particularly in proposal preparation and formatting
• Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher), SharePoint
• Excellent English communication skills on both written and verbal
• Analytical thinker with a commercial acumen
