Job Opportunity: Japanese Bilingual IT Specialist

We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Japanese (Nihongo).

Job Responsibilities
-- Provide IT support to clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime
-- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network systems
-- Act as a liaison between Japanese-speaking clients/stakeholders and technical teams
-- Document technical processes and translate materials between English and Japanese when necessary
-- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that meet business objectives
-- Ensure security, compliance, and proper escalation of technical issues

Qualifications
-- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
-- At least 2–3 years of IT support or technical experience
-- Fluent in Japanese (Nihongo) and English – both written and verbal
-- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS environments, networks, and troubleshooting
-- Experience with helpdesk tools, ticketing systems, or ITIL practices is a plus
-- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
