What You'll Do

In this role, you're not just processing paperwork — you're the
central point of coordination
during critical operational events.

You will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the
    main liaison with insurers
    during the full lifecycle of marine insurance claims
  • Handling
    incident reports, cost tracking, and documentation
    to support effective claims resolution
  • Coordinating actions during urgent maritime incidents and supporting emergency response procedures
  • Preparing
    claims statements, insurance registers, reports, and KPI data
  • Using ERP systems to ensure accuracy and enable data-driven decisions


What You Bring

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has
    3+ years' experience
    in insurance claims handling (marine sector preferred)
  • Is confident in coordinating multiple stakeholders under pressure
  • Has strong
    documentation and analytical skills
    , with sharp attention to detail
  • Is fluent in
    English
    (written and spoken)
  • Is familiar with
    ERP / insurance or case management systems
  • Brings curiosity, initiative, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
