Base pay range

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Tier 1 who possesses excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to join our team.

As a Technical Support Tier 1, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers. This is a project based opportunity only.

Salary: Php 18,000 + Php 6,000 KPI

Mandatory Prerequisites:
  • Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:
  • Processor - Core i5 or higher, RAM - 8GB or higher
  • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps; Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps
  • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise and without interruption
Qualifications:
  • More than 1 year of technical support experience
  • Open to flexible or shifting schedules to support our customers
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • A complex thinker and technical thinker to understand the products and services provided by the customers they will be supporting
  • A creative thinker to develop new ideas and solutions that would help improve processes/workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic technical support background
  • Experience in answering chats, emails, and calls
  • A positive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn
  • Empathetic to customers
  • Calm under pressure
  • Can work with minimal to no supervision
Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing technical support and assistance to customers in a courteous and effective manner
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
  • Assisting customers in setting up and troubleshooting technical issues with software and hardware
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge and expertise to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information
