Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.

Sales Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and market share growth. Adjust strategies based on market conditions and customer feedback.

Performance Monitoring: Set individual and team sales goals and track performance against targets. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve the sales team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Foster an environment of continuous learning and growth.
