About the role We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at FAAS Corp. in Antipolo City, Rizal. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives for the region. This entails the development and implementation of sales, marketing, financial, and people strategies across the territory. What you'll be doing A. Sales Planning Establish sales objectives by forecasting sales volume per SKU Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the overall strategies and policies of the company Develop and review long‑ and short‑term sales strategies for the assigned territory Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand, and competitors’ activities to maintain sales volume and product mix. Recalibrate the sales plans and objectives when needed B. Account Management Implements new sales programs, initiatives, and strategies to capture key demographics Recommend service and product enhancement to achieve horizontal and vertical sales projections and to exceed customer expectations Manages accounts by regularly meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them Regularly monitors actual sales versus targets; analyzes results and trends, and executes appropriate initiatives to meet sales objectives Documents customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners Help in the update of the customer database Monitors timely and accurate product deliveries to clients Gathers customer feedback and promptly addresses customer concerns Ensures the timely collection of customer accounts; assists in the reconciliation of accounts C. People Management Ensures the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management and reward Maintains technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies and establishing personal networks Provides the necessary support to Sales Representatives to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals Ensures the effectiveness of cross‑selling activities by guiding employees Organizes/develops/administers training for staff Actively participates in the recruitment process Manages the team’s compliance to discipline and adherence to corporate values What we're looking for Five + years of sales experience Three + years in a managerial role Graduate of any business course Excellent selling skills Excellent customer relations Forecasting skills People handling skills Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent analytical skills Can drive and work long hours Willing to travel long distances Creative problem‑solving skills Ability to multi‑task Ability to work well in teams Above average computer literacy What we offer At FAAS Corp., we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
