Job Description- Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
- Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
- At least 6 months of BPO work experience
- Good to excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to a changing work environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw, Mandaluyong
- Amenable to working night shift
