Account specific roles and responsibilities- Promptly review and respond to incoming VOB requests from healthcare facilities.
- Complete and return VOBs to meet urgent processing requirements.
- Verify insurance eligibility, coverage details, in-network status, and any applicable co-pays or deductibles.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external facilities to ensure accurate understanding of insurance benefits.
- At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Insurance Account
- Good working knowledge with Verification of Benefits
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Knowledge with MS Tools
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shifts
