About Parameta Solutions

Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Finance Operations to lead and optimize our finance function in Manila. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing month-end close, financial controls, reporting, and operational processes while driving efficiencies, compliance, and automation. The successful candidate will report to the CAO and work closely with our global finance, CAO, FP&A, and commercial teams across time zones to support business growth and ensure best-in-class financial operations.

Role Responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize finance processes, including month-end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, third-party payroll, and reconciliations.
2. Ensure financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance align with global standards and local requirements.
3. Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, automation, and enhanced financial reporting capabilities.
4. Work closely with global finance teams, CAO, FP&A, and commercial teams to support business strategy and operational excellence.
5. Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
6. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance operations team in Manila, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Experience / Competences

Essential

1. Proven years within a shared service and finance operations role, with recent experience in a leadership role within financial services, fintech, or data-driven businesses.
2. Strong background in month-end close, financial controls, operations, compliance, and process improvement.
3. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines and globally.
4. Proven ability to manage teams, drive transformation, and influence senior stakeholders.
5. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, automation tools, and financial reporting platforms.

Desired

1. Experience working within a data, analytics, or trading-related business.
2. Track record in leading process automation initiatives to improve finance operations.
3. Knowledge of multi-entity, cross-border financial operations in a global organization.
4. Experience managing relationships with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.
