Wine Adore is offering a rare, career-defining chance to join our Fast-Track Supervisor Program. In just 2 months, you’ll be trained by our Founder, then move into a leadership role in Cebu managing your own customer relationship team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through their wine discovery journey
  • Recommend tailored wine selections using our advanced systems
  • Lead and manage customer success processes and team performance
  • Maintain strong client relationships across platforms
- Standard weekday schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

- Rotational weekend shift: 2 PM – 11 PM (shared among Customer Relationship Supervisors post-probation)

  • Train in Cebu – Learn wine, systems, and team flow
  • Lead in Cebu – Full-time Customer Relationship Supervisor
  • Rise to Management – Performance-based promotion path with earning potential of up to PHP 100,000/month

  • Strong communicators with leadership ambition
  • Natural problem solvers with a drive to improve
  • Highly organized, energetic, and customer-obsessed
  • Must have a personal laptop (we run 100% cloud-based)
  • Willing to use Hubstaff for time and performance tracking
  • Open to using our Wine Adore LinkedIn banner and promoting yourself as a Wine Specialist and team leader
  • Bonuses: PHP 5,000–10,000/month based on performance
  • Management Track: Fast promotion path with the potential to earn up to PHP 100,000/month gross salary within 12–18 months
