Key Responsibilities: Assist in handling employee relations concerns such as conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues. Support in conducting investigations related to employee complaints and violations of company policies. Help ensure consistent and fair application of company policies, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures. Maintain and update employee records, memos, and documentation related to ER cases. Participate in employee engagement programs and activities to promote a positive work culture. Monitor employee attendance, behavior, and compliance with workplace rules and regulations. Act as a liaison between HR management and employees for day-to-day concerns and clarifications. Prepare and process HR documents such as contracts, memos, notices, and reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and databases. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees. Support HR initiatives related to training, evaluation, and employee development. Coordinate with government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for compliance and reporting.
