Job Description As a high‑performing HelloFresh Sales Outreach Specialist at HelloConnect, you will be at the forefront of introducing potential customers to our innovative meal solutions. Your role is pivotal in creating positive first impressions, building strong connections, and driving new customer acquisition through engaging and persuasive conversations. You will thrive in a fast‑paced, supportive, and high‑energy team environment, working closely with Team Leaders, Trainers, and fellow agents to continuously refine your skills and exceed targets. Your passion for connecting with people, combined with your ability to communicate value clearly and engagingly, will be essential to turning leads into long‑term loyal customers. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and customer‑focused. Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and tailor conversations to highlight HelloFresh’s flexible plans, recipe variety, and overall value. Guide prospects through the sign‑up process, answering questions and resolving objections in real time. Consistently represent the HelloFresh brand with positivity and professionalism. Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates, and lead clearance goals. Maximise sales opportunities by identifying upsell or cross‑sell options (e.g., premium plans, add‑on products). Maintain a high level of productivity and time on queue, ensuring optimal use of leads provided. Demonstrate resilience and persistence in following up leads to increase conversions. Maintain expert‑level knowledge of HelloFresh’s offerings, including seasonal menus, promotions, and special campaigns. Clearly articulate the benefits of HelloFresh and differentiate it from competitors. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards. Actively participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and coaching sessions. Provide feedback on lead quality and sales processes to support ongoing improvements in strategy and efficiency. Share best practices with peers to uplift team performance and foster a collaborative culture. Skills and Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. A results‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs in a sales environment. Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is highly desirable. Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude are required when working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to overcome objections confidently.
