This includes: Operations & Project Management: Planning resources, overseeing client and project onboarding, and ensuring all deliverables and project timelines are met. You will monitor project profitability and continuously seek ways to improve processes and service quality. People Management: Leading and developing your team by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and participating in hiring and talent development. Client Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading project meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction by consistently meeting service level agreements and proactively addressing issues. Financial Management: Monitoring and managing project profitability, team productivity, and the practice unit’s revenue targets. Required Qualifications Education & Certification: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred. Experience: At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in business process improvement, financial controls, or consulting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Skills: Strong background in process design, project management, and a demonstrated ability to analyze project profitability and resource allocation. You must have strong communication skills and be adaptable to various technologies and systems.
