Medika Services and Global Assistance Inc. is looking for a Finance Management Associate handling the following key responsibilities:
- Financial Records: Handles in making financial reports, statements, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping.
- Billing Records: Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Payroll Administration: Assisting on employee payroll processing and payslips.
- Financial Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the finance department.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Management, or any related field.
- Preferably with related experience in making accounting statements/financial reports.
- Applicants who are Certified Public Accountant will be prioritized, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Financial accounting knowledge specifically in financial statements and bookkeeping is a MUST.
- Excellent in problem-solving and with strong analytical skills.
- With good communication skills and computer software skills.
- Preferably candidate is residing in Alabang, Muntinlupa or any nearby places.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Monday to Friday. 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Full Onsite. Alabang Office
