Finance Business Partner Location: Muntinlupa City, Philippines Employment type: Full-time, on-site. This role is responsible for reviewing FS packages submitted by Finance Managers of managed hotels/condotels, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards; monitoring hotel/condotel compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements; assisting with the preparation of reports, reconciliations, and financial management during transitions; collaborating with internal audit and finance teams to strengthen internal controls; and providing temporary support when key finance positions in managed properties are vacant. Responsibilities Review FS packages submitted by Finance Managers of managed hotels/condotels, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards. Monitor Hotel/Condotel compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist with the preparation of reports, reconciliations, and financial management during transitions. Collaborate with internal audit and finance teams to strengthen internal controls. Provide temporary support when key finance positions in managed properties are vacant. Qualifications CPA preferred but not a must. At least 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting preferably gained from a hotel or restaurant. Will be assigned at Corporate Office Alabang. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
