Deployment | Account Specialist | Client Management Must Have Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field Must have at least 1 year of experience in Non-Life Insurance Must have experience in Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Business Development (Must Have) With relevant Training Courses in General Insurance (GI) Excellent command of oral and written English Strong interpersonal and communication skills Critical and analytical thinking skills Proficient in MS Office applications and other business productivity tools Can work independently and under pressure Okay for a Project base employment. Key Responsibilities Ensure achievement of business targets for assigned partners. Maintain a minimum collection efficiency of 80%. Analyze and monitor partner portfolio performance. Maintain continuous engagement and collaboration with partners. Build and strengthen professional relationships with partners and customers. Identify and develop potential sources of new business opportunities. Conduct market studies, identify industry trends, and perform competitor analysis. Prepare and present regular sales progress reports. Prepare monthly business forecasts. Drive growth in non-traditional product lines. Solicit new business and actively cross-sell and up-sell products. Provide consistent assistance and service support to partners, including those in countryside areas (Cebu, Bohol, Samar, and Leyte). Assist in claims processing and resolution. Provide regular and comprehensive reports to management.
