Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement learning programs and strategize development interventions to enhance organizational capability and support the achievement of business goals. Lead and supervise Learning and Development (L&D) activities in alignment with organizational objectives. Develops learning contents and training materials using instructional design theories, practices and methods. Conduct and/or review training needs analyses; co-facilitate internal training modules and programs, including Train-the-Trainer certification. Develop comprehensive training materials such as manuals, workbooks, facilitator guides, and training scripts using sound instructional design theories and methodologies. Help department managers identify skill gaps and support the development of their team members through targeted interventions. Assess the effectiveness and impact of development plans and learning initiatives, and support employees in maximizing available learning opportunities. Manage the overall functionality and continuous improvement of the company\'s Learning Management System (LMS), including leading LMS-related project management initiatives. Perform other related duties as may be assigned. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Political Science, or a related field. Certified Learning and Development Professional or holds a certification in training, instructional design, or organizational development. At least 6–7 years of managerial experience in Human Resources, specializing in Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement. Strong experience in instructional design, including developing training manuals, workbooks, facilitator guides, and training scripts. Proven ability to facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs, certifications, or seminars. Solid background in managing Learning Management Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), including leading LMS-related projects. Experience managing complex, high-impact projects across global or multi-location organizations is highly preferred. A proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing successful learning strategies and programs aligned with business goals. Has excellent communication and negotiation skills with a sharp business acumen; Can interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization; With a strong sense of integrity and ability to manage confidential information; And is willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig. #J-18808-Ljbffr
