Account Coordinator | Night Shift | Eastwood City MicroSourcing is seeking an Account Coordinator to join their team in Eastwood City, Quezon City. Your role As a CSR - Account Coordinator, you will Make outbound calls to warm and recent prospects. Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats. Educate homeowners about the product, pricing, and application steps. Respond and support homeowners in scenarios such as questions, concerns, and feedback, providing updates to application status, underwriting requests, and distributing leads among Account Managers. Contribute to pilot programs and conversion-focused initiatives. Assist in creating SOPs, manuals, and workflows. Help onboard new team members via shadowing sessions. Track and report key data for team dashboards. Conduct QA checks and help monitor team calls. What you need Non-negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within financial services Strong business-to-consumer (B2C) written and communication skills Experience working with Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce Preferred Skills Experience with a Mortgage or HELOC (homeloan) product is a plus Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role MicroSourcing is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
