Responsibilities Record Keeping & Lease Creation: Create accurate residential leases for new and renewing residents using data from applicants and onsite teams. Collaboration with Onsite Teams: Ensure leases adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. Electronic Signature & Follow‑Up: Transmit lease documents for electronic signature and use templated follow‑up to guarantee timely execution. Move‑Out Deposit Accounting: Document apartment condition, calculate charges, and record entries in the company ERP. Support deposit returns and communicate clearly with former residents. Support 3rd‑Party Collections: Provide documentation and assistance for past‑due balances when requested. Maintain Records: Keep organized, up‑to‑date records in Microsoft Excel, the company CRM, and document management systems for auditing and reference. Administrative Tasks: Assist in preparing reports related to lease activity, deposit accounting, and other assigned administrative duties. Qualifications & Non‑Negotiables Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Minimum 70 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy. Proven experience in lease administration or a related role. Strong organizational skills, compliance focus, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365. Preferred Skills Familiarity with basic bookkeeping practices and lease or property management software systems.
