Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats. Educate homeowners about our product, pricing, and application steps. Respond and support homeowners in questions, concerns and feedback; provide updates on application status; assist with underwriting requests; distribute leads among Account Managers. Contribute to pilot programs and conversion-focused initiatives. Assist in creating SOPs, manuals, and workflows. Help onboard new team members via shadowing sessions. Track and report key data for team dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly). Conduct QA checks and help monitor team calls. What You Need Non-negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within financial services Strong business-to-consumer (B2C) written and verbal communication skills Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce Preferred Skills Experience with a Mortgage or HELOC (home loan) product Demonstrated success in a customer facing role About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
