Overview Fusion CX Belize is hiring a Client Success Manager to lead one of our key Healthcare accounts. This hybrid role is based in Manila or Cebu and reports to the VP of Client Success. The position focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing customer retention programs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing client data to enhance service delivery, resolving client issues, and developing strategies to improve the overall client experience. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. Partner with internal teams to align operations with client expectations. Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement. Develop and execute solutions to meet client goals and ensure satisfaction. Drive strategic initiatives that enhance client outcomes and account growth. Provide insights, reports, and recommendations directly to the VP of Client Success. Manage escalations with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-first mindset.
