Profile Requirements:

  • 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, delivering robust and scalable marketing solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding across the Marketing Cloud ecosystem, including Content Builder, Audience Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio and Mobile Studio
  • Proficient in designing, building, and optimizing multi-step journeys using Journey Builder, including decision splits, entry sources, and Email/SMS/Push sends
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and customer journey building
  • Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector and Dynamic Content
  • Proficiency in basic HTML/CSS for email or landing page edits
  • Comfortable using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Salesforce dashboards
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, copywriting, and quality control
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of best practices in email deliverability, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations
  • Experience in building automated workflows, including SQL query activities, data extracts, and imports
  • Strong SQL skills to create and manage queries for audience segmentation, data extensions, and automation workflows
  • Strong hands-on experience with core modules including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder
  • Proficient in designing, building, and optimizing multi-step journeys using Journey Builder, including use of decision splits, entry sources, and email/sms/push sends

Core responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation
  • Build and optimise customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms)
  • Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, dynamic content, A/B testing, and analytics
  • Maintain and manage marketing data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy laws
  • Campaign Management
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connector and Dynamic Content
  • Work with the broader marketing team to support campaign execution across channels—email, social, web, and paid
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of digital campaigns aligned to key product, brand, and sponsorship initiatives
  • Digital Content & Creative
  • Create and edit digital assets including EDMs, landing pages, banners, and social media content using templates and/or Adobe Creative Suite/Canva
  • Collaborate with external agencies or internal stakeholders on creative briefs where needed
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance across platforms
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Liaise with sales, product, and external partners to ensure campaigns are aligned to business priorities and timelines
  • Support ad hoc digital requests across the business

This hybrid role sits at the intersection of SEO and marketing automation, combining strong technical capabilities with a strategic mindset. You will be responsible for implementing GTM and UTM tracking, managing data integration into Salesforce CRM, supporting automated email campaigns, and improving organic visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical audits to improve site performance and rankings
  • Optimize metadata, content, internal linking, and URL structures for search visibility
  • Work closely with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all digital content
  • Monitor SEO performance via tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
  • Stay updated on search algorithm changes and recommend strategy adjustments

Marketing Automation & Tracking

  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking, form submissions, and user interactions
  • Build and maintain UTM tracking frameworks to ensure accurate campaign attribution
  • Ensure accurate data flows between web platforms, Salesforce CRM, and email marketing tools
  • Support the setup of automated workflows triggered by user behavior and CRM activities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) techniques is a strong advantage
